The loop starts from the hotel, via Malaga, onto a beautifull scenic route to La Viňuela lake, through Sierra de Tejeda National reserve descend down to the coast on endless snaky roads and thet turn North on the A4050 twisting mountain road direction Granada, our destination for tonight. In the evening we walk down to the town which is just 800 meters walk down the hill (not high heel friendly!) and submerge into Granada´s nightlife and enjoy the best tapas you can get in the whole town. Don't worry, on the way back we have the choice between taxi, bus and, for those who haven´t had enough and love to breathe the warm summer nights air, a brave walk back up the hill. At the end of the day everybody is glad to fall in the bed.

Day 3. Granada - Natural Park Cazorla
Today we have a late start northeast direction Guadix  (THE CAVE VILLAGE) some people still live in cave houses here, so popular in the area, continue to Negratin water reservoir and once passed Pozo Alcon, we enter one of the most spectacular national parks of Andalucia the Cazorla, we stop for lunch at the monastery at Puerto de Tiscar and then continue onto Quesada and Cazorla, climbe over the 1290m peak at Puerto de las Palomas and finally arrive to the hotel, the Parador of Cazorla after a day to remember, a real biking experience with some very technical roads.

Day 4. Natural Park Cazorla - Velex Blanco
Yet another day full of amazing views, twisty mountain roads, we continue along the river Guadalquivir to El Tranco water reservoir, we surround it´s most northern corner and start heading south again, passed Santiago de la Espada, Puebla de Don Fadrique and other from God forgotten and sleepy corners Andalucía on our way to Velez Blanco, our destination,

Day 5. Velez Blanco - Mojacar
More twisties await us today on our way down to the Mediteranien coast to arrive in the famous white village of Mojacar in Almería region. The town,  still remains remarkably true to its Moorish past. Mojacar is a place that begs to be explored by foot. You will encounter incredible views with nearly every step. Follow the road which snakes its way toward the town or climb the stairs which also lead upward, depositing you into the residential heart of the village. Echoes of the past will engulf you.

Day 6. Day off Mojacar
(option to visit Mini Holywood and Tabernas Desert)

Day 7 Mojacar - Lanjaròn
We depart along the coastline passing the Cabo de Gata and arrive to Almería.From there we take it to north again  and soon enter Las Alpujaras, the bikers paradise.Hardly you find another similar strech of twisty mountain roads with such stunning views and few trafic.Cazorla would be the only one I could think of. We stop for lunch in Trevelez, where we have the opportunity to try typical Alpujarreño gastronomy so popular for the cured ham of Trevelez, still made the traditional way like hundred years ago. , Then we will head to our destination, the famous village of Lanjaron with its natural underground water reserves and spas, with one of the more twisty road of the region with an altitude of more than 2.000 meters.
Day 8 Lanjaròn - Alhaurin el Grande
We  say good bye to Sierra Nevada and head south to the coast.Re ride along the cost towards Motril onto Velez – Malaga where we make a little loop around the Sierra de Tejeda national reserve and Montes de Malaga, that takes us down to Malaga city, freom where it´s only short relaxed ride back to Alhaurin el Grande. Hard to believe the journey is already over....
