One Of The Most Exciting And Truly Unique Motorcycle Discovery Journeys.
The journey through Thailand starts in the high north in Chiang Mai, famous for the dense lush rain forests, mountains and breathtaking biking roads. We travel to the most remote areas of the country and see fascinating hill tribes along the Myanmar border. We visit both the Paduang tribe known for the distinctive brass rings worn around their necks and the colorful Karen hill tribe who still live in wooden stilt houses with leaves for roofs. These remote areas are only accessible by 4×4 or a boat. Travelling the length of the country we end our ride on the idyllic paradise island of Phuket, fringed with palm trees, warm blue waters and white sandy beaches. The north and south, which are the same distance as London and Morocco, are like two different countries.
Daily we will travel through stunning scenery, navigating less traveled mountain passes and dense rain forests . We swim in crystal clear warm blue seas, see cascading waterfalls, traverse along huge river ways, cross rolling plains tendered by farmers and their water buffalo’s , long eared cattle and rice paddy fields.
You will ride through and past hundreds of Thai villages, cities, markets, seeing the real and fascinating events of daily Thai life. We´ll see the great temples and Buddhist history found in Sukhothai, Thailand´s ancient capital. We traverse along the banks of the river Kwai and walk the famous bridge of the film fame.
