This fabulous tour is a true heaven for every motorcyclist and mountain lover.You will get to explore the most exciting roads and mountain passes  of  Germany, Austria ,Italy and Switzerland,not to mention the amazing views and scenery along the route.  You will ride through National parks, on breathtakingly  windy roads.  Spectacular  mountain scenery in the Dolomites,  hearty food in Austria and Germany, and friendly hospitable people in Switzerland make the Alps a bikers’s paradise.

Day 1. Arrival in Munich

It is only 5 minutes drive from the airport to the village of Freising,  where you can relax, or go exploring the medieval town,   until our evening briefing. If you arrive early, you can also catch a train into Munich , for a day of sightseeing. After an introduction to your fellow riders and  bike allocation, we will  go for dinner  to discuss the details of the days to come, over a beer or two.

Day 2. Munich to Hallstatt 289km

We head south towards the Austrian border past Chiemsee on the way.We spend the morning riding through the Chiemguer Alpen and then continue to town of Berchtesgaden and the surrounding national park. After lunch we cross into Austria and head towards to breathtaking village of Hallstatt for the night and enjoy an evening meal overlooking the lake .

Day 3. Hallstatt to Cortina d´Ampezzo (via Grossglockner)287km

We spend most of today riding through picturesque Austria.In the morning we head west to Zell am See for a coffee, before we take on the famous Grossglockner pass. After lunch in Linz we continue into Italy and the impressive Dolomite mountains. Our hotel this evening is in the charming ski resort of Cortina d´Ampezzo.

Day 4. Cortina d´Ampezzo to Merano 242km

We will have an exciting morning conquering some of the best passes of the Dolomites. The high altitude passes, starting with the Giau pass, onto the Falzarego pass and finishing with the Pordoi pass are  breathtaking. Later we will stop for a well deserved coffee. After lunch around Bolzano we head into the Tyrol mountains again for more exciting riding and few more mountain passes. If we arrive to Merano on time, we will visit the Trauttmansdorff castle. Merano is also famous for it´s thermal spas and it´s Art Nouveau buildings.

Day 5. Merano to Bormio 130km

After hearty breakfast ride west towards  the highlight of the day, the Stelvio pass.At almost 2.800m Stelvio is one of the highest ridable mountain passes in the Alps. And what a ride it is. Switchbacks galore and if you dare look up from the road, some of the most beautiful high mountain panoramas in the world. We plan to arrive in Bormio around lunchtime , so we can enjoy  exploring this lovely Alpine village  or a rest in our hotel Spa .

Day 6. Bormio to Andermatt 253km

We leave Bormio behind and head south into Switzerland.After the border its a short ride before we turn north towards the Bernina Pass and onto the famous ski resort of St.Moritz. We continue south west along the valley to the  Silvaplana  , then over the  Julier pass . Your head will be spinning when we arrive in Andermatt  for the night. Yet another amazing day to remember.

Day 7. Andermatt to Stuben 268km

From Andermatt  we continue west over the Furka Pass,the Grimsel pass before looping around onto the Susten pass. We turn north and continue towards the Klausenpass and then towards the Walensee lake. We take a shortcut through Liechtenstein back into Austria and our hotel in Stuben

Day 8. Stuben to Munich 346kms

Today we head north to the ski resort of Lech and onto Oberammergau for lunch.  After a break we continue through beautiful  Bavarian countryside back to Munich for a farewell dinner.

Day 9. Departure from Munich

After breakfast the tour ends with a transfer to the airport….
